I just have to take the time out to express my gratitude! I was having a rough day today and my experience at your cafe in Fairfield made it all better! Your barista, Israel (Izzy), is amazing and you are so lucky to have him representing your company. He went above and beyond to help me find a replacement for my favorite drink (which you no longer serve - the dark chocolate mocha). I ultimately decided on the Iced Fiery Mocha with ripple. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and I wish he could come work for me. Because of Izzy, I will make the leap over to Peet’s as my first go to when I need my coffee/tea fix! Kudos!!

Not going to Starbucks anymore . Service was fast, ham sandwich was super good and the coffee actually tastes like coffee and not burnt or watered down. Staff was very friendly ,would come back again.

Peet's is always great coffee! This is a smaller store, but It also has outdoor seating. Conveniently off I-80 at Travis Blvd. Easy on easy off, either direction. Parking no problem. In-n-Out immediately next door. Good place for a nice cup! Also, if you don't have the app, get it, and you can order ahead. It works very well at this store.

Customer service is phenomenal. The only thing I have ever ordered is the Havana cappuccino and I have yet to regret it. Creamy, just the right amount of sweet, and beautifully roasted and brewed espresso, all come together for an exceptional beverage either hot or iced. I've tried several more of the drinks here and it's still the best cup of coffee in town served with a side of exceptional service. Edit: I had their black tie cold brew since I reviewed previously. If you like your coffee cold, I would highly recommend it. Re-review: Still a five star customer & coffee experience. I've explored the menu more widely and am still looking for something that doesn't live up to my expectations.

Even though the people change from time to time, they seem to still be able to hire more staff of the same caliber. The service is consistent. Its a great place for an afternoon pick me up too. We've made a lot of good friends there just from seeing people regularly and then getting to know them more. We will say bring your jacket because 90 percent of the time it's colder than a penguin's flipper even when it's cold outside.

Sweetest baristas ever ! I told her after I ordered my coffee I wish I had ordered a latte with turmeric. She kindly said, “I can fix that for you” such nice customer service, they went above and beyond their job description
